My husband left this week. I can't believe our deployment journey has begun.  I am thankful that he'll stay in the states for a few more weeks. Even though we're not in the same state at least I know he's a little safer then if he wasn't. It was harder then I thought but, I'm taking it one deep breath at a time.

  1. I'll be keeping and your husband in my prayers. We are nearing the end of our deployment but I remember figuring out those first few weeks was overwhelming. Stay strong!

Thinking of u ;) day by day take it slow --god wouldn't put you through this if he didn't think u where strong enough to handle it!! Look at it as an opportunity to grow and strengthen your relationship in a different way!!! There will be days that u don't think u can do it anymore and then tomorrow will come ;)

@Lindsey I love how you put it "there will be days that u don't think u can do it anymore and then tomorrow will come" I'm going to make that part of my deployment motto! Hope you don't mind :)
